Customer Experience Strategy Leader
Job Description:The Customer Experience Strategy Leader will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of the roadmap for our customer experience platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, competitive insights, and the ability to ideate and put together major breakthrough features in the roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in product management, with in-depth knowledge of similar customer experience platforms. They will be able to influence cross-functional teams, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, working closely with sales, marketing, and development teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive insights to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand their needs and develop solutions.
- Work with the technical advocacy team to ensure that the product is positioned, demoed, and POC'd effectively to win in competitive selling situations.
- Participate in customer briefings, HCL events, webcasts, and analyst sessions to build relationships and cultivate references.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven background in product management with in-depth knowledge of customer experience platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and communicate diplomatically.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Team player with a positive attitude and demonstrated optimism.
- Passion for winning in a competitive market.
- Experience working with sales, development teams, and Aha or similar Product Management tools.
