Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, virtualization, disaster recovery, and Active Directory.

They will also possess hands-on experience in server and storage design, planning, and consulting.

Servers and Storage Solutions Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored server and storage solutions for customers and prospects
  • Assist sales representatives in proposal preparation
  • Respond to detailed technical queries from sales teams and potential clients

Key Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Networking) and related services
  • Experience in virtualization, disaster recovery, and Active Directory
  • Hands-on experience in server and storage design, planning, and consulting

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of presales and/or solutioning experience in the IT industry
  • Technical expertise in HP and Dell enterprise products
  • Familiarity with opportunity management lifecycle and IT development methodologies

Bonus Points:

  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
