Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure engineering group, you will design and automate cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform, Azure, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. They will play a critical role in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub.
  • Engineer and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Deliver cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and AWS with a focus on security, scalability, and high availability.
  • Provide Level 3 support for cloud and DevOps systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in infrastructure, networking, and databases.
  • Document and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions / GitHub CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Jenkins a plus).
  • Deep knowledge of Azure services: Networking, VPNs, VPCs, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, hub-spoke architecture, and security guardrails.
  • Experience with AWS in a hybrid environment.
  • Exposure to Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Strong debugging skills for infra, networking, and system issues.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and global follow-the-sun team models.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Prior consulting/enterprise client-facing experience.
