Job Description

We're inviting applications for a Voice Support Associate/Sr. Associate role in our US FinTech division. As a Disputes Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience while handling inbound phone inquiries about disputed transactions.

You'll initiate new disputes by capturing relevant information from members accurately, adhering to US regulatory and compliance requirements. Successful candidates will possess experience servicing US-based customers, preferably in Banking, crypto Financial Crime, and/or FinTech domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing inbound phone enquiries from members requesting service and support
  • Validating member identity to safeguard information
  • Initiating effective written communication with customers
  • Capturing customer interactions, notes, and relevant information using web-based applications
  • Submitting dispute claims forms within prescribed timelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts
  • Experience working in FinTech/Crypto environments/companies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Salary Information

Based on national averages, the estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
