Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our proposal development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling responses to RFx, tenders, and vendor compliance questionnaires.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales operations organization. As a senior bid specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic proposals that meet customer needs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage cross-functional teams to create compliant and compelling proposal responses
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial RFP/RFQ/RFI review to final submission
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information
- 5+ years of experience managing proposal development teams in various commercial industries
- Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals
- Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop comprehensive compliance matrices
- Strong business acumen, including knowledge of Cyber Security, Networking, and Artificial Intelligence
