Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compliant, compelling, and well-structured proposals for US federal opportunities.

This role requires a strong understanding of the federal procurement process and excellent collaboration skills with capture teams, subject matter experts, and leadership.

  • Review and interpret federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders to identify key requirements.
  • Develop clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal content that showcases our expertise and value proposition.
  • Work closely with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain compliance matrices and ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements.
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.
  • Establish and maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.
  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US citizenship or work authorization required.
