Job Description

As a Loan Portfolio Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan portfolio. This involves assessing loan proposals to ensure they align with our credit policy and managing the quality and delivery turnaround of loan proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Assessment: Evaluate loan proposals to determine their feasibility and alignment with our credit policy.
  • Process Management: Manage the quality and delivery turnaround of loan proposals, working closely with relevant authorities to secure loan approvals.
  • Collaboration: Assist business, operations, and clients to ensure a seamless loan closure process.
  • Policy & Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of our credit policy, driving risk and credit-related initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and track the health and performance of our loan portfolio, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Ensure risk and credit practices are aligned with our Risk Policy framework.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of local markets, key industries, and acceptable collateral to assess risk.
