Drive Sales Growth

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts and drive growth in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a leads database from multiple platforms to identify potential clients
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and create clear documentation workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch solutions
  • Negotiate and finalize quotes, converting leads into projects
  • Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in Business Development in IT services, App Development, Web, CRM, or Software Development
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to comprehend technical requirements and translate them into business proposals
  • Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and workflows
  • Excellent negotiation and client management skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
