Business Development Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive role is a key position in our organization, responsible for establishing and managing a network of distributors. The primary objective is to ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a distributor network by identifying potential partners, negotiating deals, and closing agreements
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with statutory requirements for new distributors
  • Set and achieve sales targets for both primary and secondary markets, including the number of retail stores to be opened each month
  • Manage sales to distributors and retail stores, achieving sales targets through direct sales and distribution channels
  • Coordinate distributor invoicing, dispatch, and collections, strictly following FIFO principles and tracking outstanding balances
  • Monitor and maintain distributor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and minimal waste
  • Directly manage A+ category retail outlets, ensuring effective model mix and product placement
  • Train, motivate, and monitor the sales team to deliver targeted results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories or related industries
  • Strong market reputation and relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting
