Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located on-site in Thane. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting and selling life insurance products, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and providing training and support to new sales consultants. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining a strong knowledge of product offerings, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide effective Training and support to new sales consultants
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
