
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Finacle Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support for various Finacle 10.x Application modules.
Your primary focus will be on application module support, encompassing Branch Operations, CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance and Locker. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of processes and procedures.
In addition to application module support, you will also contribute to Payment & Financial Inclusion Support, Error Analysis & Troubleshooting, Finacle Customization, Process Execution & Management, Monitoring & Availability, Vendor & Service Provider Coordination, Maintenance & Testing, Change Management, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Application Module Support: Provide comprehensive support for Finacle 10.x Application modules, including Branch Operations, CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance, and Locker.
- Payment & Financial Inclusion Support: Assist with related processes, such as NEFT/RTGS, SWIFT, Clearing, Utility Payments, and Financial Inclusion.
- Error Analysis & Troubleshooting: Conduct product fatal error analysis and review application logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Finacle Customization: Support Finacle Core customization activities.
- Process Execution & Management: Execute processes and procedures as defined and manage application deployments according to established processes.
- Monitoring & Availability: Monitor Application Services and ensure application availability.
- Vendor & Service Provider Coordination: Log calls with internal or external Service Providers and follow up to closure.
- Maintenance & Testing: Execute Application Maintenance activities as per the defined checklist and perform primary testing for fixes received from vendors in T&D.
- Change Management: Follow the change management process and raise Change Management Approvals (CMAs) for moving fixes/releases to production.
- Disaster Recovery (DR): Carry out DC-DR activities as scheduled.
- Documentation: Maintain and publish Minutes of the Meeting for all meetings with vendors and banks.
- Proficiency in supporting Finacle 10.x Application modules: Include Branch Operations, CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance, and Locker.
- Understanding of Finacle-related processes: Such as NEFT/RTGS, SWIFT, Clearing, Utility Payments, and Financial Inclusion.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting skills: Ability to conduct product fatal error analysis and review application logs.
- Knowledge of Finacle Core customization: Understanding of Finacle Core customization principles and practices.
- Familiarity with application deployment processes: Experience with executing processes and procedures as defined.
- Skills in monitoring application services: Ability to monitor Application Services and ensure application availability.
- Vendor coordination skills: Experience logging calls with internal or external Service Providers.
- Maintenance and testing skills: Ability to execute Application Maintenance activities and perform primary testing for fixes.
- Change management skills: Understanding of change management processes for production movements.
- Disaster recovery skills: Capability to carry out DC-DR activities.
- Strong documentation skills: Ability to maintain and publish Minutes of the Meeting.
