We are looking for a talented Luxury Residential Ambassador to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE. This individual will be responsible for providing personalized service to homeowners and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a thorough knowledge of the area. They will also be organized and able to multitask, handling multiple requests simultaneously.

About the Role:

  • Maintain security and restrict access to authorized individuals during overnight hours
  • Update homeowner profiles with relevant information
  • Comply with all Four Seasons' guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors
  • Handle resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
  • Manage access to buildings and units for vendors, contractors, and homeowners' service providers

What You Will Bring:

  • One+ years of experience working in a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations
  • Knowledge of the area and ability to multitask

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹3,400,000 (approximately $42,000 USD). This figure includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
