We seek an accomplished professional to leverage their extensive knowledge of Lending and market acumen to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, encompassing sales leadership and team management.
- Drive sales numbers and meet or exceed business targets by cultivating strong client relationships and fostering repeat business and referrals.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention and Expansion: Retain and expand the company's customer base within the mid corporate segment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to promote loyalty and growth.
- Network Development: Maximize sales through an extensive network of contacts and clients, effectively managing relationships to maintain a strong and sustainable business.
- Business Planning: Map the Market in the Local Area, guide the team to achieve Business Target, and develop Specific Products to serve customers.
Skillset:
- Portfolio Management: Ensure Portfolio Quality and Support in collections.
- Team Handling: Drive team growth, facilitate internal processes, and provide direction for faster market penetration and business closures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- IDentify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
