
Senior Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our regional team in IT staffing and contract hiring.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new client development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of revenue maximization.
This role is responsible for designing and executing business and marketing strategies to acquire new MNC clients for IT/ERP staffing.
- Develop and mentor a team of IT hiring experts to deliver exceptional staffing and recruitment services
- Lead team in IT/SAP contract hiring and end-to-end mid and senior-level recruitment
- Manage client delivery in IT/SAP staffing and IT recruitment
- Business strategy and planning
- New client acquisition and relationship management
- Sales and revenue growth
- Talent management and development
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading the IT staffing or contract staffing practice
- A hard core sales professional with a proven track record in maximizing revenue
- Strong academics records and a deep understanding of tech skills and sourcing platforms
We offer a fix fee + performance incentives (50:50) engagement model. The ideal candidate should be ready to work from home full-time and have a long-term commitment to the business.
