Job Opportunity: Store Leadership
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Store Manager. This leadership position requires a strong ability to drive sales, manage store operations, and foster a customer-centric culture.
- Achieve business goals by implementing efficient store operations and driving sales through effective customer service delivery.
- Maintain key performance indicators including Gross Margin, Segment & Brand mix, and Discount management.
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards across the store.
- Recommend product lines and ensure an appropriate merchandise mix that aligns with business objectives.
- Drive local events and promotions as per marketing calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set store sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain Gross Margin, SOH, Segment & Brand mix, Discount management, and other metrics as per business strategy.
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Recommend product lines and ensure appropriate merchandise mix.
- Drive sales, margin, shrink control, inventory management and cost optimization.
- Manage commercials and statutory compliance.
- Manage performance and foster teamwork among store staff.
- Identify and develop talent for critical positions.
- Address customer feedback to improve service and processes.
- Stay updated on competition and manage customer escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
