Channel Sales Growth Specialist

The Channel Sales Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion through effective management of agents and brokers. Key responsibilities include developing strong pipelines, coaching producers to enhance cross-selling capabilities, and fostering sustainable growth by ensuring at least 20% year-on-year agent performance.

  • Manage daily producer activities to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Provide guidance and training to producers to optimize their sales skills and grow the business.
  • Work closely with producers to ensure they meet or exceed the 20% annual growth target.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to agent licensing and commission payments.
  • Oversee the quality control process for applications submitted by agents.
  • Support producers in all policy-related services and facilitate agent training on company products and processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Driving overall Gross Written Premium.
  2. Ensuring sustainable Profitability.
  3. Maintaining operational efficiency.
  4. Agent Recruitment and Retention.
  5. Activation and Expansion Strategies.

Internal Stakeholders:

  • Operations: Collaboration on BOPs/COPs for policy issuance.
  • Underwriter: Risk factor analysis.
  • Finance Team: Taxation support.
  • Human Resources: Business foresight sharing and talent development.
  • Training Team: Employee training coordination.
  • NSM/RSM/ASM: Suggestion exchange.

External Stakeholders:

  • Agents.
  • Brokers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in leading a business line in Retail Sales.

Preferred Education

  • Any Graduation degree.
