Key Responsibilities

As a retail banking professional, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth individuals (HNI) and classic banking customers. This involves ensuring deep engagement and strong relationship management to meet the unique needs of each customer.

You will drive sales and cross-selling of various banking products, including current accounts, life insurance, general insurance, demat accounts, investment products, and other retail banking offerings. Your goal is to acquire new clients through branch walk-ins, referrals, and outbound activities.

To deliver exceptional customer onboarding experiences, you will ensure seamless integration into our classic portfolio services. Regular portfolio reviews will be conducted to proactively offer solutions based on customer needs and market opportunities.

Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience in retail branch banking sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the HNI and classic portfolio segment, is essential.

Interpersonal and communication skills must be excellent, with a customer-first mindset. Ability to build lasting relationships and influence clients through trust and credibility is crucial.
