Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Vice Principal/Principal at Hiresquad Resources in Noida.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Vice Principal/Principal's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with stakeholders and external partners.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with discretion and confidentiality.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Vice Principal/Principal, considering budget constraints and logistical requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items, to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a liaison between the Vice Principal/Principal and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, office supplies management, and event planning, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in administration, organization, and communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary Range:
₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience.
