Job Role Overview

This senior leadership position focuses on the development of customer relationships, strategic planning, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-driven insights to customers, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure customers achieve maximum value from their engagements by leveraging platform capabilities.
  • Address customer concerns with confidence and empathy.
  • Develop compelling case studies, testimonials, and PR content featuring customer success stories.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field (desired).
  • 9-12 years of experience in Customer Success or CRM (ideal).
  • Strong attention to detail, dedication, organization, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Capacity to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Effective problem-solving skills – diagnosis, root-cause analysis, option evaluation, and resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Ability to respond promptly to critical issues and roadblocks.
