About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced technical specialist to provide support and guidance to internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with expertise in languages such as IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell Scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade billing applications.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Write and optimize code in various programming languages.
  • Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.
  • Provide support for billing-related processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong coding ability in multiple programming languages.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Prior experience in software development and maintenance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support as required.

Qualification & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Any certification in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be an asset.
