Job Description

The position of ServiceNow Technical Specialist is a key role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for designing scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains using the Service Now platform to support business needs.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.

This role requires a team player who can work collaboratively with Engineers, Product Owners, Staff Architects, and Staff Engineers to deliver development projects on time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and optimal ServiceNow solutions
  • Configuring ServiceNow platform components
  • Developing and implementing business partner strategies
  • Participating in Agile Framework and Scaled Agile Framework
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Additional requirements include:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB
  • Experience with programming methodologies: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS
  • Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials
  • Conceptual architecture knowledge
  • Agile Framework and Scaled Agile Framework experience
  • Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge (optional)

Requirements:

  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines
  • Overall 4-8+ years of development experience
  • 2-6+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components in ServiceNow Suite

Nice to Have Skills:

  • GCP Working Knowledge
  • Experience building/executing JS utilities
  • 3+ years Agile Framework experience as well as hands on Scaled Agile Framework experience
