Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our messaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure network security.
- Provide round-the-clock support for VAS-related issues.
- Manage daily operations, including customer/vendor/route/rate configuration management, trace capturing & troubleshooting.
- Test new clients' interconnects and interconnection testing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including SIP and RTP protocols.
- Minimum 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including SMPP and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience working at a leading A2P operator is an advantage.
- Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
