  • Operational Knowledge: Good understanding of operational workflows

  • Learner's Mindset: Ability to learn new applications quickly
Mandatory Skills:
  • Non-Clinical System Expertise: Experience with non-clinical systems like HVAC, facilities work order management, key management, risk/feedback reporting, security incident reporting, class tracking, and membership management.
  • Application Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one of the following applications: Compete, Keystone/SimpleK, MD Staff, Omnigo, RL6/Converge, TMS (Accruent), or Trane/TracerEnsemble.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Customer Interaction and Analysis: Customer interaction, requirement gathering, and application testing/validation experience
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
