**Service Delivery Expert**

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Expert.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to regional distributors and end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of key systems.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and local distributors to improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide regional technical support, both online and on-site, to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Promote best practices and optimize resource consumption per analyzer, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Collect installation information, establish relationships with key customers, and provide service training to local engineers.
  • Apply reagents and spare parts for regional distributors, return spare parts in a timely manner, and follow up on complaints or issues.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the organization.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • At least 5 years' experience in the field, with strong technical skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Immunology experience is highly preferred, but not essential.
  • Proficient in English as the working language.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Service Delivery Expert will be based in Delhi NCR, Shimla, or Jaipur and will be responsible for covering the region.
