As a Digital Transformation Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digitalization strategy that aligns with our business goals. Your key objectives will include:

  • Creating and implementing strategic initiatives that foster digital transformation across Global Business Services.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies, improve service delivery, and create innovative digital solutions.
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee their deployment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.

Desirable skills and knowledge include:

  • A strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams during complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
