Job Title: Senior Manager - Digital Transformation

The ideal candidate will drive strategic deals across services and solutions, working closely with leaders and subject matter experts to identify gaps in offerings, develop growth strategies, and create compelling pitches for new innovations.

About the Role:

This role will cut across a vast ecosystem of digital technologies such as user experience, digital engagement platforms, cloud modernization, data analytics, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solutioning and Sales Support: Provide strategic support in sales activities, including crafting solution frameworks, defining value propositions, and engaging with clients to present tailored solutions.
  • Initiative Leadership: Lead initiatives across services and solutions, focusing on enhancing our offerings in cloud adoption, digital engineering, and agile practices.
  • Growth Development: Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to identify gaps in current offerings and develop growth pitches for new and innovative solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand current trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, ensuring our offerings are aligned with market demands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive alignment and ensure successful execution of growth strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between the growth team and service units, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution of strategic goals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, strategy, or growth roles, with a focus on digital transformation, cloud adoption, and agile practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT services landscape, with proven experience in both business services and technical services.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and drive results in a complex organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying trends and opportunities within the IT services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
