Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Executive to lead research projects, conduct high-quality research activities, initiate client relationships, and provide effective coaching to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement research projects by leading project teams and ensuring timely updates to senior members. This includes designing screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, as well as facilitating client meetings.
  • Conduct independent research activities, such as initiating client relationships and driving business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings and drafting proposals.
  • Provide effective coaching to RA and RE colleagues through on-the-job feedback and guide workload planning for effective project management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong academic background in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • At least 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
