As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our organization's success. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with senior stakeholders to serve as a liaison between us and our clients, focusing on team revenue and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business objectives and requirements.
  • Create and localize research instruments, such as screener questionnaires, discussion guides, and research stimuli, to support project goals.
  • Train and brief data collection teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to collect high-quality data.
  • Conduct In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies, and other research methods to gather valuable insights.
  • Maintain micro-level oversight of data collection and quality control, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide actionable solutions to data collection teams and deliver qualitative data analysis and reporting insights to clients.
Client Servicing
  • Efficiently manage all communication with clients, ensuring seamless interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with clients during project planning, execution, and wrap-up phases.
  • Share relevant market information with clients to enhance their understanding of local markets.
  • Proactively discuss issues and offer actionable solutions, demonstrating a supportive and proactive attitude.
  • Accompany clients on field visits, ensuring a smooth experience and addressing any concerns.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and supporting skills, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Essential Skills/Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling research reports and present findings effectively.
  • Strong inter-team management skills, with the capacity to lead and motivate team members.
  • A willingness to travel across locations for project management and client visits, with exposure to international clients being a plus.
