Job Role: Project Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning

This position requires a seasoned project manager to oversee large-scale ERP initiatives, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will possess proactive coordination skills, effective issue/risk management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.

  • Meeting Coordination: Document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Project Monitoring: Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Risk Escalation: Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Action Item Management: Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Project Governance: Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills: Experience in project coordination or project management, strong understanding of ERP programs, and proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
