Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Project Design Coordinator. The Project Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring clear communication across all project stakeholders. Daily tasks will include collaborating with design and architecture teams, facilitating interior design projects, and ensuring project goals are met within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage UI/UX design projects from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design assets, prototypes, and final outputs.
  • Oversee the design process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and usability principles.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify risks, challenges, or bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
  • Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design and project coordination/management.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to balance creative design thinking with structured project management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
