As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time. Your role will involve being the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their experience is exceptional throughout the project timeline.

Key responsibilities include validating and reviewing work orders, BOQs, drawings, and creating detailed project execution schedules with inter-dependencies of tasks.

Regular site visits and remote monitoring are crucial to maintaining quality and meeting timeline requirements. You will provide technical inputs and ensure timely site updates are available to customers.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a process-driven approach, and quick problem-solving abilities. Strong data analysis skills with high comfort in Excel/Google Sheets are also essential.

Requirements:
  • Management Graduate or Construction management degree
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • Deep understanding of site execution for home renovations
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and foresee execution risks
  • Process-driven professionals with strong ownership and learning aptitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with prioritization skills
  • Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Ops-focused startups
  • Strong technical background in Project Management/Engineering/Architecture
