Project Coordinator Opportunity

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of orders, managing relationships with internal factory functional teams and customers. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the handover of AIS Orders from customer/end-users.
  2. Coordinate the completion of engineering, manufacturing and delivery of AIS Orders.
  3. Ensure active involvement in understanding AIS Schematic Drawings.
  4. Single-point coordination with customers on all order-related aspects in the factory.
  5. Attend technical meetings at the customer's end.
  6. Continuously coordinate and communicate with internal factory functional teams (Engineering, Purchase, Manufacturing, Dispatch and Installation Testing & Commissioning).
  7. Meet desired revenue targets to achieve yearly growth in business.

Requirements:

A graduate/post-graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with sufficient product knowledge and 5-7 years of industry experience is required. Strong strategic planning, negotiation, customer intimacy, organizational skills, proactiveness, decision-making, ownership mindset and soft skills are also necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple disciplines simultaneously are required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Auto CAD, E-Plan and SAP.
  • Good knowledge of High Voltage Circuit breaker of Air Insulated Substations.
