  • Lead and manage complex implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, steering project discussions and managing expectations.
  • Develop and implement solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers (e.g., Jira, Asana) and proactively escalate issues to leadership for intervention.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/team handling role, as well as a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple technical projects on time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus.
