Job Summary

An exceptional Senior Marine Engineer is sought to lead the execution of complex marine engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical expertise in marine systems, offshore construction, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, aligning with established company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of sustainability and responsibility.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential threats to project success.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field, preferably with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
Technical Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME codes and classification rules for selecting and specifying piping classes, specifications, and materials.
  • Experience in offshore/FPSO topside piping detailed engineering, including pipe stress analysis and hydraulic calculations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
