Senior Manager Job Description">

This is a senior management role responsible for key tasks involving tax compliance, financial analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Payment of Direct and Indirect Taxes

• Verify the Security Transaction Tax note initiated from the membership department against the STT calculated from clearing data and send for authorization to the Head of Department (HOD).

• Collate the Profit and Loss (P&L) information of each company to calculate the Advance Income Tax payable, and verify a note containing the amount of Income Tax to be paid by each company on a quarterly basis.

  • Tax Returns Filing and Certificate Issuance

• Validate the TDS/ST returns and ensure that the total values in Form 16A match the total tax liability.

  • Tax and VAT Audits

• Prepare the income computation report based on the audit reports and send it to consultants/auditors for validation.

• Handle specific/critical queries from auditors if any.
