Job Title: SVP - Transformation

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our transformation initiatives. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the insurance industry, preferably in the P&C domain. They should possess a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO organizations.

The successful candidate will lead strategic and operational transformation initiatives, drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption, while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Leading enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer engagement.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across geographies.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Driving operational excellence across underwriting, claims, and servicing functions.
  • Overseeing the selection and implementation of core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce) across regions.
  • Buiding a unified data strategy to support pricing, risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer insights across markets.
  • Identifying and scaling AI use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims triage, document processing, and virtual assistants.

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the insurance industry, preferably in the P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO organizations.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
