Investment Banking Associate Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking professional to play a key role in deal execution, client management and strategic growth. As Associate Vice President - Investment Banking, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end transaction management, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings and closing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transaction management from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporates and financial institutions, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Prepare comprehensive pitch decks, business plans and financial models to support fundraising efforts.
  • Conduct thorough sector research to identify investment opportunities across various industries.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations at investor forums, conferences and client discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, tax and compliance teams to ensure deal structuring and execution meet the highest standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs and debt/equity instruments.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) and deal structuring.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling and investor presentations.
  • Strong market research, business due diligence and sector analysis skills.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce or Business Administration from a reputable institution is preferred. Chartered Accountant/CFA/FRM certification is a strong advantage.
