We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Fund Accountant specializing in Real Asset Accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive financial records, preparing audited financial statements, and handling the full scope of transaction activities for complex fund structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
  • Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
  • Prepare trial balances and work paper products.
  • Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries, involved in the full scope of transaction activities, including full-cycle accounting.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Prepare financial data analysis.
  • Calculate carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
  • Process payments and other transactions.
  • System Implementation & Project Participation:
  • Participate in the implementation of fund structures into the accounting system.
  • Participate in projects related to the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
About You
  • You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA equivalent, or currently studying for a professional accounting qualification (i.e., CA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • You must have experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Private Equity, Asset Management, or Fund Administration.
  • You must possess strong knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP.
  • You must be experienced in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.
  • You must have established knowledge in relation to accounting and consolidations under IFRS.
  • You must be skilled in operations with a focus on processes and controls.
  • You must be proficient with enterprise accounting system(s).
  • You must have experience in Limited Partnership accounting.
  • You must have experience in private equity/real estate fund administration.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • You must be a motivated, bright, and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.
  • You must be a team player who is able to manage individual responsibilities.
  • You must possess sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • You must be proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
