Job Opportunity: Senior Financial Services Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior paraplanner to join our elite remote team. This role involves owning and managing complex tasks, working within a fast-paced environment, and contributing meaningfully to the strategic development of advice solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the financial advice industry, with a strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy. They will be responsible for preparing compliant, technically sound Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs), conducting detailed financial modelling, legislative research, and product analysis, and using XPLAN to construct advice documents in line with ASIC and licensee standards.

The role also involves developing comprehensive financial strategy papers, clearly outlining the rationale, benefits, risks, and implementation approach for recommended strategies. The successful candidate will be able to translate complex financial scenarios into clear, client-ready written strategies, collaborate with advisers to refine and present strategy documentation during the advice process, execute full pre-boarding, onboarding, and implementation of client strategies, and manage rollovers, contributions, investment switches, insurance applications, and other advice actions from end to end.

The selected candidate will have advanced working knowledge of XPLAN (mandatory) and GoHighLevel (GHL) (preferred). Excellent written English and technical communication skills are essential, as is a proven ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and deliver results at a high standard. A degree in Financial Planning, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential) will also be considered.
