Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise performance management, financial planning and analysis, and corporate performance management solutions.

You will be responsible for implementing and managing solutions that enable our clients to streamline their financial processes, enhance planning and forecasting, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting needs.
  • Configure and optimize modules, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial close.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for data integration, validation, and process automation.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Support and troubleshoot applications to ensure performance meets client expectations.
  • Stay updated on enhancements, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with CCH Tagetik, preferably with multiple full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and other FP&A tools is a plus.
