Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, statutory compliance, and data analysis. This role demands a mix of analytical thinking, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Develop budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
  • Compliance & Audits
    • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation and statutory records for easy access.
    • Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Accounts Management
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
    • Process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Analysis
    • Create MIS reports for management and investors on a regular basis.
    • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and leadership teams for payroll, taxation, and operations.
    • Support financial planning for internal initiatives and business goals.
