Role Summary:

Business Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability in the merchant acquiring and digital payments space.

This role will play a critical part in shaping pricing strategies, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.

The key responsibilities include designing and implementing pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments, monitoring MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.

A strong understanding of fintech, payments, and merchant businesses is essential, as well as hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
