Our organization seeks a highly skilled Associate Vice President (AVP) to play a pivotal role in deal execution, client management, and strategic growth. As an experienced investment banking professional with a strong track record in M&A, fundraising, and corporate finance, you will lead end-to-end transaction management, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex transactions across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and industry partners.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models, pitch decks, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and other materials for fundraising purposes.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various sectors to identify potential opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations at investor forums, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, tax, and compliance, to ensure seamless deal structuring and execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Exceptional skills in Excel & PowerPoint for creating complex financial models and investor decks.
  • Excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills.
  • Proven ability in relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
