Retail Financial Transaction Coordinator

The role of a Billing Executive involves ensuring seamless financial transactions by utilizing ERP software to identify outstanding accounts and generate bills and invoices specific to customers.
Key responsibilities include generating sales orders after understanding customer requirements, delivering invoices via digital and traditional services, and reconciling all payments with invoices.
Additionally, the incumbent will manage petty cash, identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in ERP, and regularly update receivables specific to customers.
Effective communication skills are essential as the Billing Executive will answer customer queries and address problems while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
A strong attention to detail is crucial in this role, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently without oversight.

- Integrity and good time-management skills
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, robust written and communication skills, and a basic understanding of office software and machinery.
