Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a seasoned Closing Manager to spearhead high-value transactions in luxury real estate. This professional will guide high-net-worth clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Closure Coordination: Oversee the entire closure process from contract to completion date, adhering to timelines and preparing necessary documents.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure accurate and complete legal documents and contracts, complying with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties for smooth financial transactions.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the closure process.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and stakeholders for effective communication and cooperation.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of closure documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Post-Closure Activities: Coordinate post-closure tasks, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
  • Process Enhancement: Evaluate and suggest improvements to closure processes and procedures, enhancing efficiency and client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closure success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
