Job Overview

This role involves leading a digital transformation initiative to drive business process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that addresses key business challenges and opportunities in the finance and accounting domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global leads to deliver effective digital projects, automation initiatives, and quality improvement programs.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with strategic objectives.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and lead efforts to reduce bad debt and improve productivity across accounts.
  • Support operational excellence by implementing best practices and driving efficiency and standardization as approved by senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Certified Black Belt
  • Proven experience driving RPA programs and deploying automation solutions across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the finance and accounting domain, having led transformations across all sub-processes including manual journals, fixed assets, reconciliation, and more.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, including influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project execution.
