
Business Development Lead

Job Description:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of sales scripts and product details prior to project launch. Ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Drive aggressive sales performance and customer service management to achieve sales targets and forecasts.
- Attend to walk-in customers efficiently, explain projects in detail, and answer customer queries.
- Negotiate with customers to close deals successfully and highlight project features to facilitate decision-making.
- Provide an enriching customer experience at the site, conduct regular follow-ups, and handle incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts and update reports and system data on a timely basis.
