As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading business development efforts and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Your key focus will be on identifying opportunities for expansion and developing comprehensive plans to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust business strategy to drive growth and expansion
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
- Conduct thorough market analysis to inform business decisions and stay ahead of competitors
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Relevant MBA or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and driving significant business growth
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail industry
- Familiarity with COCO, COFO, FOCO, FOFO business models
- In-depth knowledge of competition business models and franchisee policies
