Business Development Specialist

Job Title:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be goal-oriented, and have experience in tele-calling and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with clients through outbound and inbound tele-calling.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
