Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with potential clients across various sectors, including architecture and interior design.
  • Craft and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that showcase your expertise and the value proposition of our services.
  • Nurture and develop long-term client relationships through exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, serving as a thought leader and ambassador.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and case studies that demonstrate our expertise and success.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback and success stories to inform promotional efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue) to measure progress and optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A creative problem-solving approach to address business challenges and drive innovation.
  • Experience working with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a significant asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to effectively manage tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and analyze data.
